  Great service. Amazing food. I got the Cod and chips. Huge pieces and awesome flavor. My hunny got the calamari and chips. His made his face contort with pleasure. I don't do weird foods like that but I can tell you it was amazing. The batter really enhanced the flavor. Totally going back to see what's in the menu later since it's all fresh caught daily.

  Great service and wonderful food. Had the cod fish and chips. Generous portions. We sat outside at the tables with our dogs and the owner even made sure they got a biscuit too. It’s cash only but there is an ATM there in case you don’t have any on you.

  Good prices, good food. Had fish tacos, fried shrimp and the fish and chips (one of each fish) Really really good. Two downsides. Cash only, and small seating outside only. It's worth overlooking the downsides.

  Very friendly owner. We had a good talk while he fried up our fries and fish. Everything is fries to order so it is hot and yummy. Portions are huge. We had lots of extra fries and some leftover fish too

  A neighborhood gem in Hammond that serves really really good fish 'n chips. Very tasty, good portions, affordable prices. Family run, family friendly. You just can't ask for, or get better fish 'n chips than you'll get at The Fish Monger. Try the fried mushrooms, cut fresh daily, they are a real special treat. 🎏 🎏 🎏 🎏 🎏 .
